The Wedding Parties Shipping & Returns
By submitting your order, you agree to the below shipping and return terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and your order, these Terms and Conditions shall control.
Our standard flat rate shipping is USPS Priority Mail for all US orders. All others will be shipped USPS First Class International. Currently, shipments are only available to the US and Canada. We are not responsible for taxes, tariffs, or fees.
Shipping time is NOT included in production time, ship time starts after production. Shipping is non-refundable.
USPS Priority Mail from Indianapolis is generally 2 - 3 days to anywhere in the US. You can track your packages at usps.com.
If you ever need to make sure you will have your items in time, just give us a call or email us when you order and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the production time.
All products are made to order and are not refundable, or returnable. If we made a mistake, we will send you a replacement once the damaged or incorrect item is returned to us. Damaged items must be sent back to us within 7 business days of receipt of the item. Please make sure that you view the size charts and order the correct sizes and colors. Items cannot be returned for incorrect size since they are custom made for you.

Standard production time is 5-10 business days. Production may vary depending on the item. The production times are listed in the details of the product page below the images. Shipping time is not included in production time. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Any order placed after 3:00 PM will be considered to have been placed on the next business day.
